		<description>yes i agree with you jesse.. when you do anything as the routine, you will find at the end of the day it will be so easy.. ;) BTW 1/2 cup of green veggies is equal 1 portion is equal to 0 calories... unless you + oil or etc only then the calories will increase..</description>

		<description>A lot of people would think so. But the key is if you can handle the routine of the matter, you&#039;ll eventually love the way you feel from doing this. And that alone, is enough drive to make not so difficult to eat some veggies and protein with every serving. Ever considered a protein shake as a meal replacement with some V8-Splash in it? That&#039;s in easy way to incorporate such things.</description>
