How Contagious is a Fever?

A lot of people get fever’s when they are coming down with a general flu or cold. As we all know, having a fever is never a fun thing. I recently just got past one the last few days. If you have a fever, you’re contagious to others around and more than likely will pass on whatever bug you have at the time to them. So how do you know when you’re not contagious anymore? For most flu and cold cases, after your fever has been reduced back to an average temperature, you need to wait at least 24 hours. Within those 24 hours you need to make sure that your temperature stays constantly at the respectively normal spot, 98.2 degrees Fahrenheit. On some extreme circumstances it may be wise to stay out of contact with others for 48-72 hours if you’re worried about passing on the virus.

Just a nice little tip I thought everyone should know about!
